Spiced Coffee

 Ingredients

  • Freshly ground coffee
  • 200 ml Purabi milk
  • 2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 3 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 25 gm grated chocolate
  • Pinch of Cinnamon powder

 

Method

  • Combine coffee, cardamom powder and ginger. Brew in two to three cups of water.
  • Heat milk and sugar until scalding point.
  • Pour in the hot coffee to the milk.
  • Whip cream and cardamom powder together.
  • Add up the cream and cardamom mixture to the coffee.
  • Serve with grated chocolate and pinch of cinnamon powder on the top.
